Our well-made training programs ensure all-round knowledge of security and safety approaches taught extensively by field and off-field training. That’s why our training programs exceed the necessary standards set by various industries. During the training, security guards boost skills like first-aid, observation, investigation methods, loss prevention, crisis management, etc. The physical and mental training reinforces the skills and knowledge security personnel need to earn the license.
Candidates are screened and shortlisted, their verification and other documents are collected like ADHAR, PAN, VOTER ID, etc. Police clearance reports are obtained to ensure the candidates are free from any criminal background.
Candidates are interviewed by our ex-servicemen staff to check if they are ready to serve. Once found to be groomed in security aspects, they are deployed to the sites, starting with on-site training.
Our training programs consist of classroom sessions, on-the-field, and site-specific sessions along with promotional and specialized training. The standard military drill is perfected to ensure security officers are fully trained to handle unpredictable situations. We offer training for both armed and unarmed officers under strict supervision and guidance. Our instructors are experienced and well-trained to handle challenging scenarios.
